Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.
Orders in Transit
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled simply due to shipping delays while it is actively in transit. We will continue to monitor your shipment and provide updates until it has been successfully delivered.
Change of Mind
If you wish to return your order after delivery, please contact us within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned before a refund can be processed.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
